F.A.Q., Shipping, Guarantee, Return and Refund Policies

Placing an Order: To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your PayPAL or Credit Card information.

We accept PayPAL which allows you to use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club.

Currently, we do not accept International Credit Cards nor International Billing Addresses
Note: Unfortunately we do not accept International Credit Cards and we are unable to ship internationally. All purchases must be made with a US credit card that has a US billing address. If you accidentally make a purchase with an international card, your purchase will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We Ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS (United States Postal Service) - within the 48 contiguous states. Regular ground shipping within the contiguous states is $13.00.

We also ship to AK(Alaska), HI(Hawaii) & PR(Puerto Rico). All shipments going to AK, HI, & PR are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service)   Note: We apply an additional $27.00 Up Charge for any package going to AK(Alaska), HI(Hawaii) & PR(Puerto Rico), therefore the total standard shipping rate is $40.00.   This charge must be paid prior to shipping.

We usually ship via FedEx, or UPS Ground delivery so your order is delivered to your door and conveniently left on your doorstep , or USPS where the package is left in the mailbox or at your door with No signature required. PLEASE NOTE however, there may be some instances where a signature is required to receive your order.  

Currently, we Do Not ship to P. O. BOXES or to APO/FPO Addresses.

Currently, we Do Not ship to Canada or any international destinations.

Shipping Rates: The rates listed below do not apply to items purchased on linked sites and blissfulgatherings.cceasy.com. (Linked sites have their own shipping, return and guarantee policies.)

Over-sized Packages or Heavy Packages are shipped based on actual freight, therefore additional charges may be applied. If additional charges apply, we will contact you (via email or phone) with the updated rate for the additional charge. The additional charge must be paid prior to shipping. The order will remain in an"ON HOLD" status until the additional fee is received.

Shipping Notice: With all shipping service providers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and USPS, once your package has been shipped, your confirmation number may take up to one business day to show up in their system.

Ship Date: All shipping dates are calculated after the PROCESSING TIME (see below). In most instances, our product descriptions include shipping information, indicating the usual shipping time. In these instances, the product description will have the most accurate shipping information and should be used as your guide. Note: Ship Date and Delivery/Arrival Date are not the same.

If no shipping information is included with the product description, items generally ship within 3 to 7 business days, beginning 1 -2 days after confirmation of the order(excluding Saturday & Sunday and excluding all major holidays).   -**HOWEVER** If SPECIFIC SHIPPING INFORMATION is included with the product description it is your most accurate guide and should be used,(excluding Saturday & Sunday and excluding all major holidays).

Shipping Date Differs from Arrival Date, therefore please allow additional time for your package(s) to arrive.

We've made arrangements for a few of our suppliers to ship directly to you, therefore some items may ship separately. In these instances, you will not be billed for each supplier's shipment, only one shipping charge applies per order.

RUSH Ship/Delivery Time: If you need rush shipping, please select the appropriate shipping rate which includes either, next day, 2nd day or 3rd day at check-out. THIS ONLY applies to the number of days it takes a package to reach you once it's shipped. NOTE: It does not include Sunday or holidays, nor does it include PROCESSING TIME.

PROCESSING TIME: Is a minimum of 1 -2 days or could be as much as 3 - 4 days or more if the item is personalized. NOTE: Please allow time for PROCESSING plus SHIPPING. After the Order is Processed it is Shipped: See "Ship Date" and "Processing Time" guidelines above.

RUSH Processing Time: Rush Processing time and Rush Shipping time are NOT the same. Items are processed (see processing time above, then the RUSHED shipping time applies. We must be notified if you're requesting RUSH PROCESSING in addition to RUSH SHIPPING to ensure you receive your order in the expected time. PLEASE NOTE: RUSH PROCESSING may not be possible for personalized items, only RUSH SHIPPING, therefore call us, TOLL FREE to inquire at: 1-855-501-6564 (In some instances an additional $30.00 RUSH PROCESSING FEE may apply).

You must notify us by email at contact@blissfulgatherings.com or call us Toll Free at 1-855-501-6564, if your order needs rushed processing, otherwise the usual processing time will apply.

Out of Stock Items: Sometimes, because of high demand for items we may be out of stock temporarily.   We will email or call to notify you of the back-order with an estimated time the item will be back in stock if the information is available and/or when it's expected to ship.   Note: In a few instances, notification of Out of Stock (back-ordered) items may come few days after the order is placed - due to late supplier updates. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

Guarantee and Return Policy: Need to return an item? No problem. All returns need prior approval.

If your items need returning due to shipping damage, please notify us immediately! We will file a claim with the carrier and handle the situation promptly. We will pay the re-shipping fee.

If your package needs to be returned to us due to an error on our part, we'll gladly re-ship your package and we will pay the re-shipping fee.  

If you are returning a product because of other reasons however, you will be offered either a refund, credit, or exchange. Regular shipping charges will apply.   Please follow the two (2) simple steps below:  


1) All returns need prior approval, therefore please contact Blissful Gatherings - Favors & Gifts via EMAIL: shipping@blissfulgatherings.com, to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You may also request the RMA by calling us, Toll Free at: 1-855-501-6564.

Our Email Address shipping@blissfulgatherings.com, is the best method of contacting us for RMA requests.  All products returned must be unused, in the set sold and in its original packaging with packing slip enclosed.

2) Send the package via Insured FedEx, UPS or USPS.  This protects you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages returned to us. 

We do not accept returns for the following items: - products that have been personalized or customized in any way, which includes, but not limited to favor tags, personalized stationery, personalized favors or gifts, personalized jewelry; opened candles; bath products that have been opened or used; or partial returns. Also edible favors (food items). The items listed in this section are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Date Time-Frame - Item(s) must be returned within 10 business days after we issue you the RMA.

Returns received after 30 days (from shipping date) will incur a re-stock fee of 20% (minimum $5.00). We do not accept returns after 60 days (from shipping date).


How long does my refund take? Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email stating the amount your credit card was issued. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return. It may take up to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.


Online Only: We have an online web store, only. We do not have a brick & mortar retail store location.

Catalog Inquiry: We do not have a print catalog at this time. All of our products can be viewed on our website.

Sales Tax: Sales tax applies and will be assessed for orders within the state of Georgia. The tax is (7% - 9% based on your county).   

Payment Type & Payment Process: We accept PayPAL which allows you to use MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club credit cards.

Security Verified: Credit card information is transferred via a secure server protocol. All information is encrypted during transfer and accessed by us through a secure connection. Your information will be in a secure format at all times.
